Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookie

This Cookies are something special. Thanks to a good amount of Sourdough Starter they are more complex in flavor and because of the longer fermentation they have lots of benefits and are better for you then the average cookie. This cookies are not overly sweet. This is how I love it and I hear over and over from my customers, that they love our cookies and pastries especially for that fact.
 
INGREDIENTS:
Organic Wheat Flour, "Antje" our own sourdough starter, Butter, Salt, Sugar, Baking Soda, Organic Egg, Vanilla, Chocolate Chips
