Bavarian Pretzel
In Bavaria Pretzels are called "Brezen". Our Pretzels are naturally leavened just with sourdough and long fermented for an amazing flavor and gut-friendliness. We eat them practically all day, especially in Bavaria and Baden-Wuerttemberg, the two most southern states in Germany. For breakfast, Brotzeit, with lunch or a cold dinner, which we call "Abendbrot". The Bavarian most popular topping is by far butter or salted butter, often combined with cheese, cheese spread (like Obatzer), Weisswurst, or just pure. Everybody loves it. We are using only organic ingredients.
The Pretzels come in different shapes: circles, sticks, braided rolls, and seasonal shapes.
